Charming atmosphere and delightful staff
I recently enjoyed a 3-night stay in the spacious Queen Junior Suite, and I was particularly impressed by the beautiful gardens and warm service from the staff, who were always ready to help. The outdoor pool area was a fantastic place to unwind after a day of exploring, with its clean and inviting ambiance. However, the room could benefit from some modernization to enhance the overall experience.

Great spacious room and friendly staff, but too many stairs to climb with luggage.

The grilled vegetables at the hotel restaurant were a delightful surprise, bursting with flavor. The poolside drinks were top-notch, and a special shoutout to the room service for serving up hearty meals worth raving about! Toss in the friendly staff who made our stay feel like a homely getaway, and you've got a winner.
However, the noise level was a major buzzkill. We heard everything from outside, including a rowdy altercation that made us feel a bit uneasy. It's a shame because the hotel itself has so much potential shining through!

The dining at Beverly Hills Plaza is on point! The Petit Café serves up salads that are downright addictive, bursting with flavor and freshness. Plus, the room itself was a serene little haven with solid shower pressure that’ll leave you feeling like a superstar. The staff outshone the rest, making my stay feel truly special.
Now, let’s keep it real. getting from the lift to my room was a trek, winding through stairs like a mini-maze. Also, that $600 hold on my card left me scratching my head, feeling like I was in a mini horror show when it came to my wallet.

The staff at Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel & Spa were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making my stay comfortable and productive. The hotel also boasts a lovely outdoor pool area that served as a great spot for relaxation during breaks. The meeting facilities were well-equipped, enabling me to conduct my business presentations without any hassle.
The room I booked was a bit outdated and could benefit from modernization.

Better signage for amenities would enhance experience.

Just a proper fit for a quick stopover in Los Angeles with reasonable value. The air conditioning was amazing for the 40 degree heat outside. Be prepared for quite a lot of steps to get to your room.

A fantastic stay with a lovely pool area, where I enjoyed the shade while sipping a cocktail. The tranquil rooms are well-appointed, making my week-long visit truly relaxing. The exceptional golden malted waffles were a highlight at breakfast. However, the location is a bit removed from dining options, necessitating room service more often than desired. Additionally, during busy hours, the pool area felt slightly crowded.

The luxury suite was quite spacious, and the décor was fabulous! Nelson at the front door is a real gem—so friendly and helpful! Perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
But they charged a ridiculous hold for the mini bar—it’s not like I’m planning a lavish movie marathon! Plus, the hotel layout? It's like a maze that even a Minotaur would find confusing.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
