Charming atmosphere and delightful staff

I recently enjoyed a 3-night stay in the spacious Queen Junior Suite, and I was particularly impressed by the beautiful gardens and warm service from the staff, who were always ready to help. The outdoor pool area was a fantastic place to unwind after a day of exploring, with its clean and inviting ambiance. However, the room could benefit from some modernization to enhance the overall experience.

However, the noise level was a major buzzkill. We heard everything from outside, including a rowdy altercation that made us feel a bit uneasy. It's a shame because the hotel itself has so much potential shining through!

The dining at Beverly Hills Plaza is on point! The Petit Café serves up salads that are downright addictive, bursting with flavor and freshness. Plus, the room itself was a serene little haven with solid shower pressure that’ll leave you feeling like a superstar. The staff outshone the rest, making my stay feel truly special.

Now, let’s keep it real. getting from the lift to my room was a trek, winding through stairs like a mini-maze. Also, that $600 hold on my card left me scratching my head, feeling like I was in a mini horror show when it came to my wallet.

Great location and awesome pool but Wi-Fi was spotty in our room.
